Article 1 (Purpose and Acceptance)

These terms govern the conditions, procedures, and rights and obligations of the parties regarding the use of the SajuPalza comprehensive fortune reading service (hereinafter "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (Content and Scope of Service)

This service provides free reference information combining traditional Eastern philosophy and modern analysis techniques:

Input data and analysis results are never stored on our servers and may be kept only temporarily in the current device browser storage. Sharing features send only a fresh analysis start-page link, not your private result data itself.

  • Four Pillars analysis (based on birth date and time)
  • Name numerology analysis (stroke count and sound elements)
  • Face reading analysis (processed by in-browser AI)
  • MBTI integrated analysis

Article 3 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

Legal Disclaimer

  • 1. This service is purely for "entertainment and self-reflection" purposes based on traditional theories.
  • 2. The results provided by the service cannot replace any professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological counseling or diagnosis.
  • 3. You should not use the results of this service as an absolute standard for major life decisions (investment, marriage, employment, moving, etc.), and you bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from doing so.
  • 4. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the service results.
  • 5. Private results are stored only temporarily in the current device browser. Once browser storage is cleared or the retention period expires, those results may no longer be available. This is an intentional privacy design, and we do not restore deleted on-device result data.
  • 6. Sharing features are provided only to send a fresh analysis start-page link. We do not guarantee that the same private result can be reproduced or viewed from a shared link.

Article 4 (User Conduct and Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Using others' personal information (name, birth date, photo, etc.) for analysis without their explicit consent
  • Overloading, hacking, or cracking the service servers, networks, or systems
  • Mass collecting database or results provided by the service via automated scripts or bots
  • Any other activities that violate applicable laws or good public morals

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and intellectual property rights to the content, text, graphics, UI/UX, software code, and analysis algorithms within this service belong exclusively to the service operator. Users may only use the service for personal purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without permission.

Article 6 (Advertisement Display)

This service is provided completely free of charge, and advertisements may be displayed through third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Google AdSense) for its maintenance and operation. Users are deemed to agree to the display of advertisements exposed while using the service.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the use of the Service, a lawsuit may be filed in the competent court in accordance with relevant laws. However, for global users, the mandatory laws of each country may take precedence.
